I am working on installing some White Grills in my Black Bumper to maybe make my car look less cheap. biggrin

So I discovered that the bolt that is behind and under the Turn Signal is stuck/rusted/stripped so that bitch isn't coming off. Do you think I could hack it off with a Dremel?
